You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and your Mentify PIN. Your PIN identifies you as a Mentify partner and must not be shared with anyone who is not registered within the Mentify ecosystem. If you believe your account or PIN has been compromised, notify support@mentifyworld.com
4. Acceptable Use
Within Mentify World, members must:
Communicate respectfully and constructively.
Post authentic, relevant, and lawful content.
Avoid spam, harassment, discrimination, or misinformation.
Refrain from sharing private data, screenshots, or
internal material without permission.
Respect intellectual-property rights and
always credit original creators.
Mentify World may moderate
or remove content that violates
these rules or disrupts the
community experience.
5. Intellectual Property
All platform content, design, and trademarks belong to Mentify AI, unless otherwise stated. You retain rights to your own posts, media, and creations but grant
Mentify AI a limited license to display them within the community
for engagement and promotional purposes.

Mentify World may include partner-only materials, meeting links, or discussions.
Such content is confidential and intended solely for registered members.
7. Disclaimers
Mentify World is provided for informational and collaborative purposes.
Mentify AI does not guarantee the accuracy of member-generated content and is
not liable for any decisions or actions taken based on information shared here.
8. Suspension
or Termination
Mentify World may restrict, suspend, or
terminate any account that breaches these
Terms of Use or endangers community integrity.
Serious violations—such as sharing internal codes
or abusive behavior—can result in permanent removal.
